Rates, Minimum
Nights, and Terms & Conditions
- the minimum rental
is two nights (see below for holidays, winter and summer minimums)
- a $300 cleaning
fee is charged for each rental which comes with all bed linens; 2 bath
towels, hand towel and face cloth per person; toilet paper, soap and
shampoo per bathroom; kitchen paper towels and cloths; garbage bags;
cleaning fee also includes hot tub cleaning.
- This is a dog friendly home. No cats or kittens. $1,000 pet security deposit in addition to standard security deposit of $1,000. An increased cleaning fee of $40 is charged for all rentals with a dog.

Midweek Discounts
Your rental can include a Sunday night but cannot include
Thursday, Friday or Saturday nights. Midweek
discount is $50 off per night after minimum night stay.

Payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard, American

Rental Paperwork
A signed rental agreement and a 50% payment is required before your rental
reservation is accepted. The final 50% payment is due 60 days prior to the
rental date.
Cancellation &
Refunds
If cancellation is unavoidable, we will try to rerent the property. If
we are successful, a refund for the rerented property at the new rented
rates (less any commissions, discounts or other promotional pricing),
less a $250 processing fee, will be made. Refunds will be made by credit
card or check depending on the rental payment(s).
Security Deposit
& Damages
The security deposit is $1,000 and will be authorized to your credit card
10 days prior to your rental date. Any damage to the property, furnishings,
and household items other than normal wear and tear, and/or any excessive
cleaning required, is the responsibility of the Guest. Assessment of any
such damages/cleaning is by South Lake Tahoe Rentals.
Telephone &
Internet Access
Local calls are free, but all long distance calls must be charged to a
telephone calling card. Cell access is OK. Complimentary broadband wireless Internet access is provided for Guests' Macs and PCs. Dataports are conveniently
situated under the kitchen counter stools for direct dial via a tollfree number or local access only. All other calls are blocked.
Smoking Is Not
Permitted

Dog Friendly Policy
This is a dog friendly home. No cats or kittens. There is a $1,000 pet security deposit in addition to standard security deposit of $1,000. An increased cleaning fee of $60 may apply as determined by the cleaning crew. If your dog sheds, the entire home will need to be cleaned. Huskies and Malamutes are most welcome. Travel
Insurance
The Guest may want to buy travel insurance through a third party of their
choice. Travel insurance will cover your rental payment, less any processing
fees, due to inclement weather in the winter or other unavoidable reasons. Here are some firms that you may want to
